G. Randall Ayers, Labor & Employment Law Partner and Practice Group Leader
Randy Ayers helps employers manage all issues related to labor relations, including collective bargaining, arbitration and litigation of disputes involving collective bargaining agreements and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and State Labor Agencies.   He has broad experience providing in-depth counsel to employers in the areas of equal employment opportunity, discrimination, wrongful discharge, non-competition and trade secrets, wage and hour, and unemployment compensation.   The depth of Randy’s knowledge and experience allows him to provide big-picture advice to employers in all areas related to labor and employment, helping clients control costs, avoid expensive disputes whenever possible, and efficiently resolve issues when they arise. 

Randy has been a frequent lecturer to groups and organizations concerning fair employment practices, personnel management, and positive employee relations.  He currently serves as leader of the Labor & Employment Group.

Cole D. Bond, Labor & Employment Law Partner
Cole Bond's practice is concentrated in the area of labor and employment law. He has experience representing management in various aspects of labor and employment law issues. Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Cole was an associate with Locke, Liddell & Sapp, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas.

Kasey L. Bond, Labor & Employment Law Partner
For 15 years, Kasey Bond has been helping business clients protect and grow their organizations through the effective application of labor and employment laws.  She brings extensive experience to bear for her clients, including serving as lead counsel in numerous trials in both state and federal court.  In addition to trial experience, Kasey has experience arbitrating grievances for unionized employers; representing employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board; counseling employers regarding various union issues, including organizing campaigns and union avoidance; representing employers in litigation involving claims under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, and FMLA; representing employers in proceedings before the EEOC; and counseling clients regarding miscellaneous employment issues, including wage-hour, family and medical leave, discipline and termination issues.  Kasey also regularly counsels clients in litigation avoidance and dispute resolution techniques.

Mark J. Chumley, Labor & Employment Law Partner
Mark Chumley’s practice is concentrated in labor and employment law. He has experience representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has handled numerous cases before state and federal courts and state and federal civil rights agencies, including claims involving allegations of sexual harassment, race, age, gender and disability discrimination, wrongful discharge, FMLA and wage-hour claims and various common law claims. He also represents employers in labor arbitration, and is experienced in litigating the enforceability of arbitration agreements.

Jennifer W. Colvin, Labor & Employment Law Of Counsel
Jennifer Colvin's practice is concentrated in the area of labor and employment law.  She represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract in both state and federal courts.  Jenn also counsels employers on employment related issues, including termination, harassment, pre-employment procedures, and compliance with state and federal fair credit statutes, and has drafted executive compensation contracts, settlement and release agreements, and policy materials for clients.

Paul D. Dorger, Labor & Employment Law Partner
Paul Dorger serves clients in the areas of employment practices and litigation, trade secrets law, executive and physician employment agreements, traditional labor law, government regulatory compliance, and general representation of privately held businesses.  He is a former member of KMK's Board of Directors and previously served as the Labor & Employment Practice Group Leader.

Caroline K. Musekamp, Labor & Employment Law Associate
Caroline Koehler practices in the labor and employment law area.  Her experience includes working as an contract attorney at Hamilton Brass & Aluminum Castings, Inc. where she drafted corporate resolutions related to various corporate actions, conducted research related to OSHA and EPA regulations, and assisted in the merger with Centri-Cast Corporation.  Caroline has extensive experience in assisting with document reviews, and she is familiar with the electronic document review and retrieval process.  During law school, Caroline served as a summer associate with Thompson Hine in the business litigation practice group in addition to completing an Externship with the Ohio Attorney General's Office in the Court of Claims-Defense Section. While in law school, Caroline was also a member of the National Moot Court Team.

Gregory J. Robinson, Labor & Employment Associate
Greg Robinson’s practice is concentrated in the area of labor and employment law. Prior to joining KMK Law, Greg served as Counsel for the House of Representatives Committee on Small Business for Chairman Steve Chabot, where he arranged Congressional hearings, advised the Chairman and Member offices on issues impacting small businesses, and coordinated with Committee and Leadership staff on moving legislation through the Congress.  His experience includes matters relating to government contracting, entrepreneurial development, capital access and lending, and programs administered by the Small Business Administration. Prior to that, Greg served as Associate Counsel for Speaker of the House John Boehner and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, where he advised the Speakers and their staffs on compliance with House ethics rules as well as other legal and political matters affecting the Speaker as a constitutional officer and the House of Representatives as an institution.
